"If you plan on renting from this company you will not get your deposit back. I gave the manager my kids bunk beds we didn’t need anymore and she turned around and said our apartment was dirty. The apartment was very well maintained so I could get my deposit back. The manager gave me the run around that the owner was never there for me to talk to about my deposit."

"Great first apartment for my husband and I! Hannah was amazing! She took care of everything we needed and was just a great person! If we have a problem they fix it as quick as they can! The only problem we have is our neighbor! So whenever you want an apartment ask for a quiet neighbor! Lol!"

"I have lived at Chapel Ridge for 5+ years. No major problems for me. The staff is great. Maintenance issues have always been addressed immediately. I have not had any issues with any residents. I pretty much mind my own business! Living in an apartment, you will have to keep in mind that you have close neighbors and a shared respect for each other's privacy. Staff is there to reinforce that this is a safe environment for everyone."

"Beautiful Apartments! Nice closets. I love my master bath, it's easy to get to things in my wheelchair. I like the floor plan and my beautiful hardwood floors. It's a nice place to live. Kim is a precious person. She goes above and beyond to see that her residents are taken care of."
