"Love 202!! Beautiful property!"
"After living here for a year, here are the main points I find worth mentioning: - I'm convinced that I am the only one that picks up poop after their dog in the little backyard. Don't walk through the grass unless you want crap all over your shoes - Not really a knock on the building, but every delivery driver is clueless on how to deliver to this building. I've had packages returned, packages delivered to the front of the building, back of the building, in the breezeway, in the elevator, etc. Retrieving packages is always an adventure - The train noise is loud, but you get used to it. I don't think I've ever been awakened by the train - The wi-fi is relatively slow and likes to go down at the worst times. None of my smart home devices are able to stay connected for more than a few days at a time - The parking lot is kind of a nuisance to get into and out of but there is plenty of parking around the building - They won't tell you the price of units until you are near your move-in date because they run an algorithm to set the price in order to maximize rent. I just re-signed my lease and my rent increased $75. Slightly annoying but that's the market - Overall, a nice unit, with quick response to maintenance. There isn't really any great amenities, but neighbors are respectful and quiet. Access to Homegrown and other downtown spots as well as the Greenway are positives."

"This place is really nice and they’ll get you into an apartment quick. It’s brand new, so what’s there to complain about. Trash, water, and internet included. Everything is very nice and modern. The staff will absolutely make sure you’re taken care of."
