Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Springdale

"This property is definitely not up to the standards of the Marriott brand. I am a titanium member of the Marriott club which doesn’t mean that I am important, it means that I am away from home too much. I won’t stay here again and would recommend that you don’t either. The management of this property should be embarrassed to put travelers in rooms like this and to demand $200/night for it. Thanks but no thanks, never again"

"Front desk woman was super rude and didn't care that we were there. I think her name was Shannon, she was on her phone and was rude to my wife. She decided to give her personal opinion and say my looked dirty even though he just had a bath the night before. There was a weird unpleasant oder at the front desk when we were talking to her that faded when we left the front desk"

"Our room smelled of mildew and (no other way to put this) vomit…the only thing management could offer was “cleaning spray” as no other rooms were available. Not able to offer us a refund. They best they could do was to check us out early and charge only 1 night instead of two. Proceeded to find another Marriott owned hotel 5 miles down the road…Hoping Bonvoy makes this right."

"I have a lifetime Titanium status with Marriott and a member of their Vacation Club. The service and the property are subpar and I will never stay at this property again. This property does not represent the high standard I have come to expect with the Marriott name. Very disappointed."

"Honestly go somewhere else. Are you ready for this list? Ice machine is broken on our floor toilet handle is broken and doesn't stop running(as in the handle is visibly broken on both sides, I have pictures) mini-fridge is hotter than the room and had expire milk stuck to the bottom. shower curtain isn't hung low enough so water pours DIRECTLY out of the shower The coffee tasted disgusting and I found out why after dumping it. The coffee was FILLED with little hairs and dust. Not sure how this place passes a health inspection The breakfast didn't even have bread for toast, and the tiny selection they did have neither of us could eat any of it. (At least there's juice I guess) Indoor pool is ICE Hot tub is cautioned tape off I figured it was a MONTH after those other reviews about the pool, but it's STILL broken. Skip this place. If I could give it zero I GENUINELY would. I've stayed in A LOT of hotels and this was terrible. I would NOT be surprised if we see bugs."
