Holiday Inn Springdale/Fayetteville Area, an IHG Hotel

"Great location, clean premises, quiet vibes, prompt staff, attention to details, difficulties are handled promptly. My AC was not working when I initially checked in. The temperatures soared that day all of a sudden. But the technician addressed it quickly. Breakfast was available and the hotel had dinner options too. Convenient access to market place restaurants, Walmart and freeways. I saw kids enjoying the pool too."

"Plenty of rooms and great customer service at the front desk. The guy I dealt with early in the morning seemed kind of grumpy, but everyone else was great. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. My mother in law usually can't sleep, but she slept like a rock before her surgery and loved the beds."

"We had an awesome stay! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Tyler was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay and visit with the kids and grandchildren! Will be our go-to lodging when in the area."

"The rooms and staff had great customer service. However unlike other holiday inns where the hot breakfast is free this one charges you for the hot meal. Only cold items are included with your room if you want the hot meal you have tobpay extra and the food is not all the great."

"Beautiful Holiday Inn hotel with massive main hall. The beautiful middle of the hotel has 2 restaurants (including bar), a waterfall, and 2 glass elevators. Service was phenomenal but room was a little lacking. Bathroom is small, lighting is older and could use updates, and tvs are small for the space. Still more than worth a visit as prices are very reasonable."
