"I'm giving this place a 2 star, one star goes for the amazing front desk employees, and one star goes for the cleanliness in the rooms , and the quietness. I removed 3 stars for the location of this hotel where it's hard to find at night due to the lack of lighting and being down an unmarked road. The hotel also does not offer coffee or breakfast, and no coffee makers in the room, or hair dryers. The hotel also could use better ground upkeep as there was quite a bit of dog feces on the property and trash."

"I LOVE this hotel! been here about 2weeks & it has felt like a tiny home/apartment I feel so comfortable && safe the staff is amazing, polite,helpful,respectful! The rooms are comfy && VERY CLEAN! which I appreciate I’ve been to some hotels in the past that were very nasty the owner has a great attitude everyone seems to love what they do here & that is important to feel happy positive vibes! it’s pretty quiet have not seen or heard any trouble since I have been here the location is also a plus you are close by many good food places & gas stations I would for sure recommend this hotel & if I have to stay at one again I would come back!"

"I have been staying here since the last week of October and have had a good stay thus far and an overall good experience. Management and staff have been very helpful and friendly, and I don’t have anything negative to say about my interactions with them, or the performance of their duties and the overall state of things at this location, which, from what I’ve heard, is probably the better of the extended stay locations in the area. If there has been any drama, it’s been related to guest activity, and that can happen from time to time. If you are planning to stay here, don’t expect it to be like other hotels that have staff on desk 24/7. If you get in late, it may take a minute to get a staff member, and it wasn’t a big deal for me to wait a few minutes, so expect that possibility after 9pm. It doesn’t have guest lobby/lounge or facilities or the like, but for the price, especially if you plan on staying several weeks/months, I can’t complain. The laundry room is clean, and so is the hotel for the most part, something that I would imagine to be difficult given how disrespectful some guests can be with their trash or keeping their rooms clean. I would like to thank the staff and the manager Scott for being very helpful and very friendly."

"We recently stayed at the extended stay on Luvene in Springdale and the staff there was absolutely amazing. The manager Scott, night manager Nikole and front desk worker Christopher were so helpful and kind. I would recommend this place to anyone. The rooms are clean. The staff is awesome and the location is great. It's definitely my new home away from home!!"

"Well, well, the truth is that I am quite satisfied. I really thank the cleaning and office staff, for being such attentive people with their work. The rooms are very clean with their respective basic things that you must bring. For example, your towels, their soap. The truth is that I loved the accommodation. I felt safe and I was quiet. Which was a pleasure to stay here. I really recommend them. Excellent staff"
