"I have lived here for almost a year. Going to be moving soon. MY, and by my i mean only mine im not sure about others but my neighbors are nice, they dont mind noise they keep to themselves. Its a small place. Its not as spacious as they say. They say theyll come every other month to do bug spray but they only show up when they want. It has roaches in this place even with the bug treatment. I moved in, in march of '12 and it took almost til September for them to actually get our Central air working. They hire lousy contractors and workers to rig things to work for just awhile. It took three tries til they got the central air right. (second time the guy put it in backwards) Then once management was asked by corporate why it took so long it was blamed on US for it not getting done. Theres cops always here for couples fighting, drugs, drinking ect. The parents let their kids run loose unsupervised, all though this place is enclosed, i still dont think its safe because people dont watch where they are driving some times. The maintenance man is very nice but he doesnt seem to know what hes doing most of the time. Management, they are completely obnoxious and rude. They dont do much except sit around and thats it. We were told that every three months theyd come in one day of the month to make sure everything works properly.. They have not came in once. The carpet had stains when we moved in, the walls had markings that were painted over but you could still see them, the closet doors come off, the towel hanger in the bathroom came right off the first month here when we put a towel on it, the garbage disposal is always going out, our dryer is so old it barely dries and when we tell management they just send someone they clean the vent and they think thats the problem when obviously weve tried over and over to clean it and it doesnt work. Our washer doesnt even go through the full cycle we told them months ago and they still have yet to fix it. They said it was suppose to be a full size stove, (it was not it was really small)."
