"We used to stay here every single time we came into town, at least four or five times a year. It was our go to and they knew as well. I simply couldn't give them enough stars. However the last time we went, we booked online as per usual, but when we arrived to check in they wanted $150 additional deposit ( in addition to the $50 deposit that we had already paid online) and another $100 deposit for our service animal. Needless to say, we left and went elsewhere. Apparently they are under New Management, and we're interested at all in the fact that this was our preferred hotel when we came to town. The new gentleman that was at the desk waa rude and hateful. So I am changing my post from five stars to one. To the owners: don't bother responding, we will go elsewhere moving forward."

"Well we specifically stayed at this hotel due to it saying there was breakfast. There was not. So we had to spend even more money to go somewhere and get breakfast. Another problem was that I called the front desk around 7pm to see if there was another blow drying due to ours not working, she said she would call me back in about 10 minutes. Never got a call back, instead she came banging on the door at 1030pm and absolutely terrified my 4 year old."

"The front desk lady with blond hair is very unprofessional and rude. Rooms do not get cleaned for days on stayover and if you ask for anything you get told you are demanding. Rooms had bugs and my coworker got bit all over. Very sad experience being from out of state."
