"If you're trying to lease here. Make sure you give them the deposit up front. I paid the fee for the application. Asked whomever how long would it take. They reply within a few days. Later I get another text saying that someone else has already put the deposit down and it is no longer available. You got to be kidding me!! They then ask if I want to continue with the application for future vacants. No give me the application fee back."
"A month without ac, little to no communication from maintenance or property manager, and have to reach out hoping someone responds. They run the units until there dead, knowing they would need to be replaced anyway. 85 degrees in our apartment. More issues include having to rely on community washing/dryer machines(no hookups) that are constantly out of service(currently only one working washer in our room). The property manager is a ghost that wont even talk to you on a phone call like a real human. Lease expires in a few months so....."
"Terrible management. “Tracy maker” is horrible. She never touched base with me. I have lenience because of holidays, still no interaction from so called “apartment manager” . Do not rent from here!!!!"
"I have really enjoyed my time at foxfire. It feels as though I’m in a small house rather than an apartment. I didn’t want anything Lindsey owned because their units are to small and pricey. I’ve been able to make quite a comfy home for myself and it’s been great. My mother lived at foxfire in the early 90s so she suggested it when I was looking. Other than a few maintenance issues it’s been great. Plan on staying at foxfire for a while."
"Hate it! The management and maintenance are both incompetent! We reported our washer was broke down two weeks ago and no one has been by to look at it. The swimming pool which is advertised as an amenity has been closed for years and currently looks like a swamp. The huge field behind the apartments are grown up and snakey. I suspect the Hispanic management is racist and put the needs of of Hispanics ahead of everyone else. The maintenance done inside the apartments is half-assed at best. The floors are uneven. The paint is peeling off the walls. The decks are unsafe due to being put together with nails instead of screws so the wood warps and comes up pulling out the nails so if your barefoot on the deck, you could catch a nail and gash your foot open. Someone of incompetents has tried to screw the bottom of the storage room door closed because it was falling apart. Basically, the maintenance here is done any way but the right way. It's a place to live but not worth the money"
