"PLEASE don’t move here unless you’re comfortable with roaches. It doesn’t matter how hard you try to get rid of them. They live in the walls. They’ll come back and crawl on you in your sleep. And then management will pretend like they didn’t know it’s an issue. Just save yourself the time and look elsewhere unless you want to ruin your credit breaking the lease and escaping this cockroach pit, or living in it for 12 months. On top of that, you have to spend $50+/month for laundry for one person because the washer and dryers don’t work and there are no in units unfortunately. This I could live with. The bugs, nope. Nope. Nope. NOOOPEEE. I’m so good on that."
"First of all roaches lots and lots of roaches. Aside the shady cash only rent in the beginning of the year, this place is terrible. Bad management, terrible owners!!!! I'm not even worried that they used every excuse in the book to keep my deposit. Dear God keep it just don't bring your family in to this environment. Unless you're illegal love roaches and want to deal drugs out of your apartment. Again LOTS OF ROACHES!!!!"
