"The ladies in the office are rude and barely acknowledged me when I went in for my scheduled tour. The leasing agent took my id, then made me drive down the road to meet her at what is apparently their best unit, which was sad, considering the unit was dark and dingy, smelled STRONGLY of cat urine and the toilet was disgusting. I wanted to see one with a balcony but I guess the leasing agent didn’t have time or want to because she denied me even though she said there were some available (but we would have to drive to the other lot to see them). Definitely don’t waste your time touring or applying - the place is run down and management is apathetic at best."

"My husband and I have lived here since August and it has been AMAZING. I can’t think of a single complaint that I have outside of perhaps a little outdated appliances. However, these appliances work and that’s honestly all that matters to us. We plan on living here for years to come."

"Any maintenance I’ve needed has been beyond expectations!! My biggest complaints are with the parking lot . Every weekend parkings by our apartment are always taken up by cars we’ve never seen before. It’s dicey to walk in at night when your apartment is one of the closest to the parking spots, and you end up having to park by the mailboxes because cars you don’t recognize are taking up the close spots. Not ideal for my 67 yr old mother walking in from work. As well as no ice maintenance in the parking lot, dangerous! And all of the big dogs w/out leashes or leaving their feces everywhere! Thought we got our rent up charged more to prevent such things, but we’re Left with dog feces in the lawn you have to walk over to not slip in a parking lot full of cars that aren’t permanent residences."

"I wish I could give 0 stars. Imagine moving into an apartment excited to begin living peacefully on your own only to find out that your neighbor is selfish and will not turn down his music or own a pair of headphones causing your floors to shake due to bass. Now imagine this happens numerous times a week beginning at 9am. When you attempt to get help by the office staff for a constant noise disruption you will be ignored or told they will not do anything to help. Unless your home is flooding or literally on fire, your maintenance requests will go unanswered unless you put in numerous. The apartment managers do not care as long as these apartments are filled and people are paying $$$. Before moving in scope out the neighbors you are by or you WILL have a bad time. 0/5 Would not wish this loud and uncomfortable living space on my worst enemy."

"The New management is Negligent to maintenance requests and rent is ridiculously priced. My sink, washer, dryer, wall unit, fire alarm, oven, and dishwasher have all been busted for a long time. Also, if you want to hear some douchebag in management blare his motorcycle everyday at random times then maybe you'll love it. On top of that, the people who they hire to cut the grass do it at the earliest and absolute worst times, (when everybody is sleeping still) if i could afford to break my lease and be homeless I would. Not happy."
