"My favorite place to live! It is so quiet and the townhome was AMAZING! I loved the 2bed / 2.5bath townhome so much, the fact you get the up and downstairs to yourself was perfect! I wish I could have taken the townhome with me when I moved! Regina is unmatched as far as customer service and support; she is kind and caring. Maintenance was beyond amazing and so fast! Regina is a rock star! Thank y'all!"

"I have lived here for over two years and they have great management, maintenance staff, and courtesy officer who are very helpful if there is ever an issue, which has been very rare. Property is in a very convenient location, and has I newly expanded twenty-four hour fitness area, nice pool, and dog park. Property is well lit at night and always clean."

"Going on 3 years living at Towne Park and I love it. Management rocks, super friendly, and definitely try to help/work with you which is more than I’ve had at any other complex. The property is super nice, plus you can’t beat the location. Great food near by and not too clustered with buildings and traffic! Also, the apartments/town homes themselves are fantastic!"

"Been calling Towne Park home for 3 years now and regret nothing. All of the staff here care about you, especially the land lords. When work orders have been put in, Logan and his partner get the job done quickly and efficiently. We have a couple dogs and love to take them to the dog park. I would say 7/10 people clean up after their dog, so overall very clean. For the most part it's a very quiet neighborhood especially where I live. The owners just put in a new gym with fancy equipment which is a huge bonus (24/7!!)!(I love to walk on the treadmill late at night) I don't go out to the pool very often, but when I have it has been clean and looks nice as I drive by. I know all my neighbors in a friendly way and would definitely recommend living here!"
