"Location is good near downtown, but very easy to miss while driving, several times uber or door dash drivers could not find the location and couple of time uber driver cancelled the ride because they were not able to locate it. Room was good but room service was very poor, house keeping services were not done regularly, we had tell them repeatedly for cleaning the trash from the room."

"I booked my stay at this hotel through their official website more than a month before my check-in date. About two weeks before the check-in they cancelled my reservation due to a "glitch in the system". Even after repeatedly calling them they did not provide an alternative in the vicinity - the only option provided was many miles away."

"This hotel was amazing, the front desk lady working the night shift was so so professional and polite, our room was so clean and perfect the only down side to it was there was a orange stain on our comforter, everything else about this hotel was very quite perfect, also the breakfast was really good and one day it was was bacon and one day they had sausages. Overall this was an amazing hotel I would suggest this hotel to everyone I know, also the bathroom in our room was really clean and nice the water got hot fast and stayed hot the shower had a lot of space and a great shower head and great water pressure they also have a filtered water dispenser in the workout room to fill your water bottle if your the type of person who brings water bottle with them everywhere. Again overall this hotel was so amazing definitely gonna be going back again here soon"

"The only reason I'm leaving a two star review is because the room deposit is 100 dollars. It's been 20 business days and it's still pending because they haven't released it yet. Every time I call they send me to the same lady who magically is never available. My card issuer said it should fall off in another 10 business days. I've never had this experience from any hotel ever."
