"I was an employee, the teachers there are amazing however, so much drama for a daycare between staff and management was insane. It shouldn’t be like walking into war at a daycare center between again management and staff. I’ve worked at a school for two years, interned and volunteered at daycares before and never experienced this much drama at a job ( even working at retail and fast food for years as well) before. The kids are darling, some amazing staff (very experienced staff as well) but management needs to be fixed pronto! No wonder there is so much turnover… no support and treat everything as “business” which I understand but we’re not just a business we are teaching children and not only that but growing young minds, they (management) are also very fake to your face which I did not appreciate. I wish all the employees and current families well, blessings- Ms. Mary."

"We are so pleased with New Creations Burnsville! Our son is thriving and developmentally ahead of schedule. He loves his teachers and friends. Our experience with the infant and toddler teachers has been incredible, but everyone there is kind. They are so professionally and emotionally invested in each child and it shows every day. Even during staffing shortages, covid and some leadership changes, the positive attitudes and the dedication of the staff made difficult situations tolerable. We have stayed through a few director changes and the corporate staff have gone above and beyond to ensure classes and programs were running smoothly during transition. They are in an excellent place now and we are happy with how they care for our child."

"It looks like a good place but the employee's were horrible. I use to work there. My child also attended this place at the time. They would place me in a different room from my child. There would be times I would go and check on him and there would be tissue and poop in his butt. As if he tried to wipe his self with no adult supervision. They do not clean the children properly or sanitize toys. The employee's where also aggressive. They play nice in front of parents. It's all a act. Most of the children Were either sick or had rashes.. I would not recommend this place."

"Honestly can’t find enough words to describe how amazing this center is. The facility itself is SO nice, clean and definitely has everything for kids of all ages to grow and advance developmentally threw out the years. Personally to me, the staff is really what makes the difference. They are SO dedicated to the kids, nurturing and kind. Both my children (different ages) have attended and have each received the best care a parent could ever pray for knowing they are being so well taken care of while also learning and growing each day. So thankful to have such wonderful care for my kids!"

"New Creations Child Care & Learning Center is an excellent establishment and I could not be more confident in their abilities to provide child care for our children. The staff is professional, nurturing, and informative. The frequent updates and photos throughout the day reassure me that our kids are being taken care of and in good hands. It seems our 2 year old comes home every day with knew knowledge and skills; it’s been amazing to see what good New Creations has done for him. The weekly curriculum is robust and detailed, giving us confidence our children are not only being entertained and having fun but also learning and progressing with their peers."
