"I'm an appliance technician. Auto Repair washers dryers and refrigerators. I go in several of these units as most are usually vacation rentals. A very nice place overlooking the water with some outstanding combinations. This place is a hidden gem."

"My friend and I stayed in this gorgeous condo at the harbor: it is in a GREAT location! The residents who DO live here seem to be very quiet. It seems like a VERY safe location and neighborhood. I would recommend this place to anyone!"

"EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. The place advertises a pool, cabana and whirlpool tub...and it is NOT available. We stayed for 2 months ($1500+ per month) with the promise of these amenities...that we did NOT get to enjoy. The pool was open for TWO DAYS the entire summer, and "closed for repairs" the rest of the time. The office refused to give any reasons for it or suggest that anything was being done about it. That's if you are lucky enough to actually TALK to someone in the office, because out of the MANY times we attempted to call, they never answered and they never returned a phone call. The few times that someone was actually in the office, they did nothing to explain the reasoning for the closure. We decided to stay there, in large part, BECAUSE of the advertised amenities, which we did NOT get to enjoy. I WILL say that the unit itself was very nice, and the view was spectacular, but we would not recommend this to anyone else, IF you are wanting what is actually advertised. We feel VERY cheated."
