"We absolutely adored this hotel! We were staying down the street at the Arlington and it wasn't the most comfortable place so we bailed after a couple of days, looked around and found this RIGHT down the street. We were so pleasantly surprised by the property, location, super value and the office associate was one of the most hospitable people I've ever met! There is a nice parking lot so you don't have to worry about stashing your car somewhere or paying $20-$30 a night for parking. Right across the street from hiking trails that lead to and around the Mountain Tower. It's .02 miles from the beginning of bathhouse row which was extremely manageable for everybody in our party. Overall, a super awesome, convenient and peaceful place that we will absolutely visit next time we visit HS!"

"Very happy with our room and the location. The bathroom is SMALL. It was perfectly fine for the two of us but there is a very small sink and no counter space and the shower is tall and narrow. Bed was great, temperature control is great."

"There are several 5 star reviews but my experience was different. Location is perfect, short walk to bathhouse row and access to Mountain Tower road. Older motel and at the lower end of pricing for area. We were in room 29. Room was at top of stairs and we could hear everyone as they walked by. Older room but appeared clean, bathroom needs some maintenance. Musty smell. This Motel could be so great if more money was invested."

"Cozy, small, motor court. Close to downtown and hiking trails. Dog friendly. Our room was nothing to get excited about, but was comfortable. Smallest shower I've ever encountered outside of a camper. Check consisted of dropping our key (no key card) in the mailbox. Owners live on property. Quiet and had on site parking."

"The charming experience we had at the classic Happy Hollow gets a five-star from our little family. Very conveniently located to all the great things we wanted to see in Hot Springs. The accommodations are not new but were clean, in good repair, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were helpful and attentive. Many great experiences were in walking distance and a spring source was located a short walk away as well."
