"Super unprofessional, rude, terrible customer service (none), always make excuses for their terrible work and service, and they take ages for something other Galls in other states takes 1-2 weeks MAXIMUM with quality work. This place is horrendous. Hope I never have to come back here again, I'd rather drive further out of the way to deal with another store. 0 stars if I could. No I don't want to discuss this anymore if you try to write that in a response. You fail day in day out."

"Fantastic place. I needed EMT pants for my son in high school. He has been taking EMt certifications at the college while in high school, he notified me last minute he needed pants for a ride along. Ordering online was not an option and this store was the only store that had the pants we needed. The staff member that morning was extremely helpful. She made an accommodation for us that morning and now my son is prepared. I just can't thank her enough. My son intends to order all his uniforms from Galls. Thank You! A proud Dad."

"I called here to help my husband get his class A ready for a funeral. (He works nights and is not awake during store times). It was last minute and kind of a rush. We misplaced some stuff during our move and looking through boxes was not ideal. This place was amazing. Had his pins and tie ready for pick up within a couple hours. So understanding of our situation. So kind to my mom (who picked it up for us since we live so far away). Wonderful people. I was glad he could focus on the service and his friend. And not have to be concerned about his uniform. This store gets it."

"I will say, the experience that I received from the staff was outstanding. Very warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and most importantly honest. Never tried to push their name brand product over the need of the customer. But.... The shop is very small with a smaller array of options. Very very limited on things to try on for sizing, which makes things more difficult for people who NEED to try things on prior to buying. With the drive time added on didn't help either."
