"Felt the need to share since it's happened more than once at this location. While I respect people doing their jobs, I can't emphasize enough how uncomfortable it is to shop while being treated like a potential thief !! It's not clear to me what in my behavior might have provoked suspicion, but in this instance, there were two people standing on either side of me while I browsed, maintaining strong vigilance. One (a manager, I think) was embodying a defencive/aggressive posture. ~ please note that if it triggers tension on my end, that's not a confirmation of your suspicion, it's just really uncomfortable to be around. Having worked in retail I understand asset protection and I respect people taking care of their store, but yikes y'all, consider this also deters regular shoppers and in the long run decrease sales for your store."

"On Feb 19th, this location and purchased two dog toys reduced to $2 stickers on top of a $3 sticker. I wanted to purchase the other two same toys but still marked $3. I explained to the cashier the different sticker prices and if I could get the other exact two toys for the $2 price. This other employee, hopefully not a manager, a middle aged woman with brown/red curly hair behind the cashier stated no, prices were as marked, stated the toys come in at different times, so they price differently. Are you kidding me! Customer service at it's finest. This employee was rude and showed no sense of professionalism. I work in the service industry and feel sorry for whoever has to work her."

"I feel calmest shopping here when there isn't security/cops circling around like sharks with their racial profiling. I get that they're independent from Marshalls, but somebody needs to tell them to stop targeting people of color as suspicious. I overheard another woman of color also express frustration that she was being stared at by the cop- she was a friend of an employee. I get that it's that time of year on high alert, but has it occurred to these guys that women will be all the more tense when a man (cop or not) keeps stalking them and passing by every 5 minutes? Ease up! This isn't a one time incidence but happens every time I shop here."

"Have been a Marshall's customer for years. Great merchandise at great prices. Recently bought a 2-ply 100% cashmere sweater for $39.99, and a fabulous vegan tote for $19.99. Like how clothing is organized first by type (sweaters, dresses, tops, pants) then by size. Store is clean with quality merchandise. Many designer clothing items are available."
