"Nice store with good selection of merchandise, but hard to find employees to help...staffing appeared to be an issue. Once finding someone, they lacked knowledge of the item of interest, and didn't know it was on sale. This falls on management, and Corporate should address this, ASAP."

"Great store layout and experience. Found everything I was looking for and more! Great selection of Athletic wear (Under Armour, Nike, Adidas, etc). Update: went there again today Jan 20, 2024, specifically looking for shoes and didn't find what I was looking for. Disappointingly small Under Armour section and the one I was going to get wasn't in my size. Fine for casual shoppers."

"While shopping I overheard a customer absolutely berate Diane, who was being most helpful. I stayed close as the customer was being verbally abusive and I didn’t want to leave Diane alone. The customer continued to insist on seeing a “male manager” despite one not being on shift, insisting “they” are much better at their jobs. Diane was doing everything she could to keep the customer calm and continued to professionally explain why some items were on sale and others were not. The customer could Not be satisfied and continued to complain to anyone she could find saying what a terrible review she would write. Her cashier even tried to cheer her up with no success. These employees were so professional and calm. Well done."

"It took us a while to find a sales associate who then could not help us to determine the right size for pants because she did not have a measuring tape. What kind of clothing store is that? If i need to take measurements at home, i can just order stuff online, for less. Also very long line to checkout. Unlikely to shop there ever again."
