"Okay, now I remember why I've always hated shopping at Famous Footwear even when I was a kid. Excuse me for having big feet! Guess what FF? Even models have big feet! Most of them wear a size ten or larger. I wear an 10 1/2 to size 11 depending on the shoe. So frustrating. And to have the cashier look at you like you've interrupted her day. Look lady it's your job to provide customer service. Never mind. I'm done. Thank you very much. Have a nice day. Enter at your own risk if you happen to wear a size above a nine."
"We were greeted by the employees right as we entered the store. We found shoes my son wanted right away. The shoes were fairly priced. When we were done the employee that checked us out looked up my loyalty card info which was done quick. There was a large amount of shoes. The weird thing is that this Famous Footwear seems not to have as much wide shoes."
