"I don’t shop here anymore. The sales people have unwelcoming attitude and follow people of color around. Don’t you have the anti-theft tags? Why do you do this? The quality to price ratio of the clothing is very inconsistent. Seems to get worse over the years."

"So incredibly rude to customers. I had several items in my hands and an employee with short brown hair asked if I wanted to get a fitting room, I said no thanks. She stomped off in a huff. When I did finally go to check out ($300 purchase by the way) she refused to say anything to me. Not. A. Word. I said thanks, have a great day and she rolled her eyes and walked away. I ended up returning my entire purchase the next day. I won’t support Ann Taylor anymore."

"I have to agree with the majority of reviews and say the workers here are very rude and snippy (older woman with short gray hair and a younger woman with long brown hair). I get that working retail sucks, but making customers feel unwelcome in a store is obviously not good for business. Will definitely avoid coming to this location in the future."

"Customer service is really bad here! Most of the staff only seem to greet and talk to white customers. Sometimes they start following me around the store without greeting me first! I don’t STEAL!!! What the actual fudge."

"My GF and I love to shop at this store. Ann Taylor and Loft. Their customer services is awesome. I was shopping for my daughter’s clothes for her graduation. I just described to the lady what my daughter like, age and styles. She left and came back to me with a few selections and I faced time my daughter with the selections without the helped I would be in there forever. I was teasing her if she still wear the outfit if not they can go to donation. My daughter said i’m going to keep it for Souvenir mom. I think my kids’ generation can still wear my outfit. LoLz."
