"First of all, they have really cute stuff and if you are shopping at stores - GO FOR IT! However, a lot of us like to shop online these days and they have terrible customer service for their e-commerce side of things. They will not let you change anything on your order after 1 hour of placing it (even though they do not have 24/7 customer service) including your shipping address. Some of us make mistakes on our orders and something like a shipping address should EASILY be changed since it has not even shipped at this point! Just beware of their e-commerce side of things. Terrible service. Thanks"
