"Walked in and right away got dirty looks from the staff specifically the middle aged white woman with a pony tail. I came in looking for a gift and could feel her glare from the corner of my eye. It didn’t help that every time I turned around she was literally right behind me. I asked her for the price on two items and after asking the second time she snapped at me with an attitude “you know the pricing is in the bag right?” It appears from previous reviews that the store has a racial profiling issue and could stand to learn a lesson or two on customer service. The outlet location at albertville is much better & treats ALL their customers the same regardless of skin color."

Bigger store than it looks, more product than it may seem. One of the premier COACH stores in the state. I love coming to this location. Once you enter the space, you forget you're in a mall, the sound control is amazing. I can't wait to return"
