She did an application for me, described each product She was using, the proper way to apply it, why she was using what she was, and even included my little one with a touch of makeup to be like her mama! She is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and passionate about her job and helping customers. THAT'S TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE!"

"Was in the perfume area. When I first walked in, someone asked me if she could help, but I knew what I was there for, so I didn't need it. However, when I went to pay, the ladies didn't notice me, so I was just standing there waiting. Then the nicest lady from another area saw me waiting and ran over to help me. Usually, it's really good service, though. Prob just a one-off."

"Highly recommend their lattes. Staff was friendly and helpful but it took forever to find a checkout station with someone working. When I found one, another customer was basically holding the only employee hostage for a 20 minute chat so the wait was forever. Not the employees fault but there should have been more people staffing the checkout stations over the weekend."
