"They don’t even deserve one star. Yesterday I went in and wanted to try stuff on. I had to go get an employee to get unlock the fitting room. I went to the front desk. Stood there waiting while one of the employees (she had red hair) was just chit chatting with her co-worker. After 5 minutes of them both ignoring my obvious presence, I told her that I needed a dressing room. She told me to go knock on the doors and see if anyone’s in there. I told her they were all closed. She said they should be open. She clearly did NOT care and would not help me further. I then went back to the dressing room area, all were locked and closed. I didn’t want to deal with her attitude and poor customer service no longer so then I just left. Never going back again."

"Your manager should be absolutely ashamed for yesterday's incident involving my underage sister. Following them to another store, and then accusing them of theft with security guards. Shaming the girls in front of other shoppers and making them unzip their sweaters and pull up their shirts, all for nothing. They didn't steal anything, yet only received an apology from the POC guard. If you aren't white, be cautious shopping here. They'll target you just because of your skin color."

"Security and the manager followed my sister and her friends out of the store and into the next one. They accused them of stealing and made them empty their pockets and open their jackets. When they found out they had nothing on them they didn’t even bother to apologize. Terrible people, terrible service, and terrible accusations. This store and the people that work here are awful."
