"A week ago I drove to Minneapolis MN from my hometown of Sioux Falls SD for a birthday get-a-way shopping trip. I stayed close to the Southdale Loft and thought it would be a great location to have assistance with a return, a couple of exchanges and help spending the rest of my Loft Cash. Boy was I wrong. I am so happy I left the Southdale Loft and drove to the Ridgedale Loft instead. I was greeted as soon as I arrived in the store. Two associates were working and both assisted me. She (sorry I didn't get her name) found the beach cover-up that I wanted for my upcoming anniversary vacation. I was thrilled! She checked on me while I was in the dressing room. Sam Murphy worked at getting me the best value for my Loft Cash and I spent the remainder of it at her store. I even left and went back to have her assist me with a purchase from Lou & Grey. I am one happy customer!"
