"As a fellow footwear lead, I have to say I was disappointed in their footwear department. When my boyfriend and I were shopping, one of the associates walked by us about 8 times without acknowledging us, while we had already submitted multiple shoe runner requests, all we wanted was a simple shoe that was not on the floor. Finally after moving around their deck to another shoe kiosk, we stopped another associate who we then asked for the shoe, he was then able to bring our shoe out within minutes and we were out the door. After being ignored for 10 minutes by the one associate I wanted to leave and see if my own store had them which did not so we decided to wait it out since we have a vacation in a few days and wanted these shoes before then. Overall I have to say I am disappointed with the service we received compared to the standards at my location. And hope they can work to improve this so they don’t receive more negative feedback from our customers."
