"Found some beautiful dresses for Sweetheart dance here and they were not exorbitantly overpriced like much of Macy's is. Beyond how expensive most stuff is here though, the store is always clean and staff is nice (if not a little aggressive in the scents/makeup/commission areas). Happy to swing through here on shopping trips."

"David is one of the most honest people that I’ve ever met. I can get anxious and indecisive when making purchases but David was calm and patient with me. Although his department was shoes (which he helped and gave great suggestions on) he helped me with his opinion on the size of the overcoat I was trying on. My experience with Sal (who’s in the suit department) was alright but I felt rushed/like another number compared to my experience dealing with David. I ended up buying my suits with Sal and opened up a Macys card to save 25%. I went to go get my shoes from David. Come to find out, I wasn’t explained that I could only save up to $100 by opening a new card (Sal didn’t say there was a limit on savings) David was very thorough and gave me info about my new card that I just opened with Sal (which I wasn’t even given the brochure from Sal). I wish I would’ve opened my card with David so he could receive whatever incentive the employees receive. I felt bad leaving but I want to give a huge thanks to DAVID! We need more people like you in this world!"

"I had a mixed experience at Macy's today. While I found a perfume I liked and purchased it for $130, my interaction with a saleswoman left me disappointed. I asked for fragrance samples, and she initially claimed they were out, but I noticed samples on her table. After pointing them out, she reluctantly provided a couple. Despite enjoying Macy's products, the saleswoman's behavior was unfair and affected my overall satisfaction. His Manager were going to lunch or break he heard us that I am requesting for sample he even did not tell to that lady that give them some samples. I observed another counter where a lady didn't make any perfume purchases. Meanwhile, other saleswomen were filling small sample bottles from the counter, indicating that the lady who assisted us may be untrained or unprofessional."

"Shopping on Wednesday around 10:30 am at Macy’s, sorry to say due to lack of customer service representatives I witnessed several customers frustrated and simply left. Although my experience at the cosmetic counter was exceptional!"

"Standard Macy’s location. I am impressed by the areas dedicated to the Cafe, and season areas. They’ve dressed this location up pretty well with holiday decor. Sales are beautiful, a lot of 60% off around the entire location. This location has to be the biggest, or the second biggest location in the state. This location is clean, staff were pretty busy, staff are usually dedicated to their depts and or busy being a cashier. Great space, a lot of product, and you can definitely find steals."
