"Where to start. I ordered a top. Sent it back with the the label they gave me to send back the shirt.It was sent back .never gave me my money back. Argued with me about it both customer service people. And told me I sent it to the wrong place.it was on them they gave me the label. Don't expect to get your money if you return it.bad bad customer service. I will hope people would know by reading my review.they should give me my money back.they basically told me it was my fault.even though customer service gave me the wrong address.done I'm a good customer but done with them now.its only 38.00 willing to loose customer over that. Done don't even want to give them a one star.but if you don't they won't post this.sucks. Beware they give you the wrong address to send it to then tell you it's your fault and you can't get your money back.shame on you christopher and banks ."

"I bought 8 tops. I took them home and washed them on cold and hung them to dry before I wore them. Six of them shrunk an entire size. One of them the seam right in front on the neckline unraveled. I took the one back that unraveled and not only would they not take it back even though it was defective and never worn, the employee was cold and bordering on rude."

"I used to love going into C&B stores. I used to buy mostly cotton 3/4 tees over my scrubs ( I’m a nurse) and many other pretty clothing. Now since closing and on line, any selection I find is always out. Very sad that a company had to do this."

"We will never come back here. We had a $50 dollar gift card for C&B and they would not honor it. Very poor customer relations. We have shopped there for many years, never again. Better customer service at Kohl's across the parking lot."
