"Update: changing the review to 1 star due to the comment left (thanks Al) and no help once again. Once again, I am left paying full price for damaged goods. The sales rep was great, and I have zero complaints with him. Upon delivery of my order, I noticed the dresser had some minor damage. I figure no problem. I will give the store a call, and they will make it right. I called a couple times and finally was able to talk with a representative over the phone and asked if I could simply swap the drawers out since I have no way of delivering the dresser back and it's already in place where I want it. The representative said I would get a call back to let me know if that is a possibility or possibly have a repair person out. I have not heard a thing since that phone call and now feel I will be stuck paying full price for damaged goods. I was planning on going back to purchase more items, but I may need to change to a different company."
