"In store order pick up. Nobody called me from the store when it was ready. After a few days recieved email that order needs to be picked up within 24h. Older gray haired associate was rude when I asked where I can pick up my online order. Bike seat was slashed. Thankfully I noticed before leaving the store and asked for replacement."
