"Love the clothes. Staff is kind and knowledgeable. I went in looking for a very exact item and was informed it's only available online. In any other case this is where the conversation ends and I go online and reduce further the requirement of brick and mortars like every other consumer. Instead the sales staff politely informed me that while it's only available online, people return things online to the stores and I should check a couple places. Sure enough they had what I needed, just not the size. Doesn't matter. I bought 2 items I didn't need and left because they have great products and great staff. Nice work ladies!"
