"Takes 48 hours to get a prescription filled after I received 2 messages saying the were ready for pick up, will never being using a Walgreens pharmacy again. What if I needed this prescription for life saving medication would that be a good idea to make a patient wait 2 days for their medication I don't think so terrible services use a better pharmacy."

"This is the best Walgreens ever! I have to drive 10mins because the one by Queen Creek (Ocotillo & Rittenhouse) is just horrible. This one, I’ve never had any issues.. from manager all the way down to cashiers. They are so patient especially with customers with disabilities. They are helpful and friendly. I am willing to drive here eventhough I have a Walgreens closer to me. I hope it’ll stay this way because I love shopping here. It’s just filled with positive vibes and great people. Walgreens in Queen Creek Store #11116 needs to take note and have customer service training from this store."

"Today was the third time that I was one car back from the pharmacy window. The car in front of me took 20 minutes. This is the third time this has happened why doesn’t someone at Walgreens tell the customer to come inside. Why make everyone behind this person wait that long? It’s simply ridiculous! This is the Walgreens on Higley and German Rd.The line was six deep when I left. What a joke!"
