Target

"Horrible customer service at this SE Gilbert location. When you go to the customer service counter, you would expect that individual to exhibit some qualities in that general field but I guess my hopes were too high. Cutting me off mid sentence and asking for a team member to deal with me, then hiding behind a wall for 5+ minutes while the line built up behind me seemed to be the best approach. Yes, the issue was resolved after I came up with a solution for the employee. This will be the last time I shop at Target"

"This store is in such disarray and is utter chaos. I couldn’t find anything that I was looking for. Clothes were strung all over the place in every section. I couldn’t tell where the regular sized clothing was vs. the plus size or juniors. It all just blended together and appeared to have been handled by savages. Now…hating Walmart as much as I do…I’d much rather shop at Walmart than Target. This is where you’re going to say "you can’t judge a company by one location". Well, this is not the only location where I have experienced this very same problem. Management will blame it on being so understaffed. I get it. I work in retail. That’s a lame excuse. Management needs step up and work harder. Sometimes when you want something done you have to do it yourself. Just sayin."

"Limited women’s clothing options. Lacking lots of mediums, all I see is XXS and XXL everywhere. only one fitting room open meaning wait in line just to try out clothes. When you have two fitting room sections, you should keep them open. It’s Tuesday at 2 pm and there’s a line for the fitting room with no attendant at the fitting rooms. When you finally get in the fitting rooms, they are a wreck. Come on target."

"This is a Super Target which means they have full grocery. We enjoy this Target due to fact it has a bakery, deli with hot and cold items, deli meats, produce and huge freezer section. Most of the store employees are friendly and helpful. They usually have more than enough cashiers to handle the crowds. They also have all the other items you would find and a normal Target. This store is very clean which not all Targets are clean. The cashiers are very helpful and friendly. We will return again soon."

"I went to this Target Monday 12/18/23 around 6:30pm and i was at the self checkout aisle and was assisted by a very wonderful lady. Her name starts with an "M" i believe. We had a personal conversation and i am truly touched by her Kindness, understanding and graciousness. I was having a rough day, but after meeting somebody like her, my Soul was instantly lifted with optimism. I gave her my business card if she ever needs help with anything, ill definatly swing by and give a hand, the same way she offered to give me a hand when i was down and out. Target is EXTREMELY lucky to have her as an employee. Whoever her family and friends are, they are equally lucky to have her in their life. Today is 12/20 and i ran across her path a few days ago.Truly a great person and Hard worker."
