"I placed an order even though I was skeptical after reading a review saying someone never received their package and Forever French refused to help. Sure enough, I had the same exact situation happen. It took an act of God to get customer service to even respond (sent emails, FB messages, Instagram messages, Instagram comments) before I finally was contacted. I eventually also got in touch with the owner who ended up ultimately leaving me on read and I never heard back from customer service after they said they would contact the post office and try to locate the lost package. The owner responded to the review I mentioned saying “we have added route to our shipping so all lost packages are immediately refunded or re submitted by a third party as to keep this issue from repeating with our customers” but that is absolutely not true. My package is lost and they said there is nothing they can do besides file a claim through USPS. Customer service is very subpar."
