"7/25 1 star review: I am beyond frustrated with ROOLEE. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes that were ill fitting and so I returned them and have not received a refund. On UPS tracking it states my package was received by ROOLEE on May 30th. I don't understand why I have not received a refund yet. I have emailed and called and there has been no response. I do not see the point in having an online shop when customer service is absolutely non-existent. I don't know how they can operate like this. I would not recommend this store/online shop. 7/29 updated review: I was successfully able to connect with a manager at ROOLEE who issued my refund. Apparently their customer success person has been having technical problems, but I contacted one of the stores and they promptly handled my issue and processed my refund. They were apologetic for the inconveniences and very kind. I am a happy ROOLEE customer!"
"I ordered a pillow. It arrived damaged. I contacted Roolee and no one ever responded. Nothing. Zip. Nada. I called their store. I sent emails. WTH? Buyer beware. You have no recourse."
