"Great selection of women's and men's clothing. My teens didn't like it as much, preferring to buy from stores specific to them. If teens want to have better quality and dress up a bit, though, it's a great place to shop. I also love their sales."

"After decades of great service, I recently had a horrible customer service run in at this location. Picked up a new perfume for my wife around Dec 15th, 2023. Made sure I saved the receipt and proof of purchase tag on the packaging. Come Christmas morning, my wife open the packaging and is horrified & disappointed at what is inside. There was no cap on the bottle but instead and bunch of tape and the plunger is glued shut. Ok no big deal, we can return it after the holidays and swap it out. Fast forward a few weeks, wife takes it back to the women’s perfume counter while I am at work and explains the situation. The store representative says it’s fake and initially declined to do anything about it. Mind you, this is a $180 bottle. Then agrees to make the exchange for the same product but will not issue a receipt because “you can’t do this again”. Not only was that upsetting to my wife, but this representative was clearly insinuating that this was done with malicious intent. I will think twice before returning to this location for future purchases."
