"I typically do as much online shopping as possible but if I know my size WILL be at a store, I'll go in. This location has mediocre service and they are very dismissive when it's busy. Unfortunately, as a former retail employee, I understand busy and I also understand to not let that ruin my customer service. Either they push applying for the Old Navy Credit Card on you (even if you just graduated HS and don't even have credit to your name) or make you feel burdensome. I've interacted with Heather a few times and she's can be very helpful (upon store opening) and dismissive and wants to move the line along. Tip: just shop online"
