"Steve did a complete remodel on our pool 2 yrs ago. It was during the initial Covid outbreak so it was delayed a bit but the wait was worth it. They removed the old pebble tech, tore out a rock waterfall and built a beautiful new water feature, installed the tile and travertine we had chosen at the showroom, and sprayed in a beautiful new pebble sheen finish that we also chose. They contract with different groups that specialize in each phase of the rebuild and we were kept in the loop every step of the remodel. We are so happy that we chose Immediate Pools to do our rebuild and now enjoy our pool from early April till the end of October. "If you're looking for a company that provides quality results, prompt and professional work at a competitive price then IMMEDIATE POOL BUILDERS is for you. I was looking to have my old plaster pool refinished. with pebble sheen. I asked for references on social media "Next Door" etc. Immediate Pool Builders had the highest referrals. I had a few other pool companies come over and give me a quote. I decided to go with Immediate Pool Builders because I was impressed that the owner of the company "Steve" came to my house and discussed the job with me, unlike the salesman the other companies sent and his price was the best. He is a well experienced contractor, and clearly cares about his clients. Steve advised us that the time from start to finish might be delayed due to worker shortage, however we didn't experience any such delays. Steve had my pool drained and workers chipping out our pool in no time! Next thing I know I'm rushing to pick out tile as the tile layers are ready to install. Then the best part, the pebble sheen was scheduled to be applied !! It all went so smooth and very timely. All through out the stages of refinishing my pool Steve was in touch on the phone with me advising me of workers coming over or he was at my house. My newly refinished pool is GORGEOUS!! "Immediate Pool Builders recently remodeled our pool. I did the due diligence of getting estimates from 8 different companies. Estimate ranged from $8k to $14k. I looked at reviews for all the companies, and Immediate by far had the best reviews and pricing. The staff, Stephanie & Kendra are great to work with, and the owner Steve was great in regards to coming out to review our project and providing the estimate as well as advising on the things needed to be reviewed. The work crews were great. It was a three step process, chip out..new tile set... new surface poured. Each crew did a great job of cleaning up after they finished. One very small issue with some cool decking, but a notification to Stephanie and the issue was addressed / resolved within 24 hours. "Immediate Pool Builders did an awesome job remodeling our existing pool. Steve (the owner) and Kellie (office manager) were very responsive and great to work with. Steve followed up daily to make sure crews were completing work as directed. Kellie would email and phone us almost every day to let us know the schedule and who to expect at our house and at what time. The entire process took a little over 4 weeks and went smoothly. Our pool looks fantastic! Steve is the real deal. He is a licensed pool contractor who has the skill, knowledge and crews to build a pool with every possible feature. Don't be fooled by alleged pool contractors who may know how to do tile, or pour concrete decks. Steve is the total pool contractor! He said he could remodel our entire pool and he did!
