Drury Inn & Suites Phoenix Happy Valley

"I only live a few miles away, but they were able to give me a room in the middle of a very busy weekend when my air conditioner bit it. This was in July and in Phoenix. They let me bring my dog and I was upgraded to a big suite for less money than I was quoted for the regular room. Not one thing that I can complain about or be bitter/negative about either. The dog and I give them 6 thumbs up!!"

"Stayed at this hotel for my daughter's soccer tournament. Very nice place. Clean and seemed like new. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The included breakfast and 5:30 kickback was great with good food and drinks. Overall quiet but if your room faces the main road, traffic can get a bit loud at times. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back if in the area."

"I was here on a business trip. Customer service is amazing. I like the free breakfast and free dinner. Free dinner? Never seen that before but was happy about it. It made my business trip easy barely had to leave. When I got into my room I noticed hair on my pillows. Not sure if it was from the washing machines or what. I really hope they are washing the sheets. And I’m sure they are but washers and dryers aren’t perfect. I must have came at a busy time it was pretty busy. Lots of people. I noticed them in the parking lots with tables set up kinda like a smoking section in the corner of the parking lot. Only one elevator was working so it took a while to get to floors. And to the real reason why I put 3 stars was how loud everything was. There were people packed into rooms near me they obviously didn’t have keys so they would knock several times to be let in. The walls and doors are paper thin. And they would let the doors SLAM. I’m not being dramatic when I say slam either it would wake me up a lot which is unpleasant. That should be fixed. I’m mindful and didn’t let my door slam but some people aren’t as considerate as others. I know my review about the slamming doors won’t fix things but maybe owners will take it into consideration to upgrade them in the future. Somehow. I will be staying there for the next month for a business trip and it’s been a pleasure other than of course…. The doors being slammed."

"My first time staying in a Drury, it was perfect! We were down for our dog’s cataract surgery and chose a king room w/separate sitting area for some additional comfort. The hotel staff allowed us to check in early-great! The breakfast provided downstairs was solid and simplified our stay. A welcomed surprise was dinner w/drinks also included, again solid choices. We travel often and based on this experience will add Drury to our “go to”."

"This is a nice place to stay! The rooms look good, are pretty spacious, and most importantly, clean. The complimentary drinks and food are big perks which should be taken into account when booking if price is a concern. We did use the pool, which was nice and clean as well. I would recommend this hotel"
