"Don’t buy any appliances here . They sent over a different company to install my appliances and messed up my front door and garage door (new home) I’ve been dealing with that company and haven’t heard from them in weeks to see what’s up with my claim. It’s been 2 months now I called Home Depot and they say I have to go through them.. yea but when I paid I paid Home Depot and they took my cash real quick … Home Depot you suckkk!"

"I wanted to give huge kudos to an employee by the name of hunter. This gentleman is amazing. I had called home Depot about a week ago and left a message for one of the hiring managers to my amazement when I called back today he still had my phone number written down and recited it back to me. Is customer service and representation of the company is outstanding. Employees such as hinter are what make home depot the best place to work. "These people move like molasses on a cold winter day. Do you have cashiers or just hold it around gossiping, at the customer service desk? You have one lady who on the phone doing God knows what and the other don’t seem to care. This is by far the worst Home Depot I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to plenty. I think next time I’ll go to a different one or to a different store and would probably be treated better."
