"Very nice hotel but only had a brief stay so can’t really elaborate too much on it. Room was nice with flooring and good bed. Free shuttle to airport. My only complaint was I nearly burnt myself with the shower as it was installed backwards with the hot water coming on at the opposite end of the H (hot water) symbol."

"Welcome to the Rattyson Hotel Phoenix Airport. We had planned to stay four nights here but after the first night we realized we had made a dire mistake. The rooms have seen better days… lots of damage on walls/corners, a lamp that looks like it had a run in with a stray cat, rusty shower drain, and a squeaky uncomfortable mattress. They’ve cleverly only included a couple of dim lamps in the room so that it’s never bright enough to see how rough the room really is. There is little to no soundproofing, so while you’re conveniently located close to the airport, you also get to hear all of the planes with a hint of highway traffic sprinkled in. Additionally you’ll hear every door near yours open and slam. In other basic amenity fails, the hot water for the shower disappears by about 2pm… so if you shower at night, enjoy the lukewarm water. We had the misfortune of being here the same weekend of some sort of hockey tournament and the hotel was fully booked, so changing rooms wasn’t a possibility (not sure that would have resolved anything anyway). Unfortunately we booked through a 3rd party, so we had to grin and bear it for the 4 nights. Also at the rate we paid this was quite possibly one of the worst values I’ve ever seen. At least parking was included… The one thing I can guarantee is that we won’t be coming back and I hope this review prevents others from making the same poor choice."

"The front desk receptionist was great. She was friendly, professional, and very helpful. She took the time to briefly get to know me. The rooms were clean, but there was sloppy craftsmanship almost everywhere you looked. Floor to ceiling. My goodness. The two older ladies working at the bar were NOT friendly. They made it clear they were not going to serve me. There is no need to go into details, but it worked out. I went to a nearby hotel bar and had a great time. The one-start rating is solely based on the two older ladies at the bar, not the receptionist."

"The floors in the bathroom were stained and looked dirty. The rooms were only cleaned every other day, we stayed 7 days!! My mother in laws sheets were dirty but the hotel wanted to charge us for a different set of sheets. 10 minute drive from the airport. The positive is a free shuttle to and from the airport"

"Price for the room online was a good deal but will pay extra to stay at a different hotel. The beds were hard with pillows that had little support. The shower head didn’t stay in place and kept falling off the handle. There was a cloth shower curtain that does not stop the water from going all over the floor. Hotel staff was great!"
