"While our landlord has been great. Unfortunately the overnight HOA lady is rude. The HOA told our landlord we have a assigned parking and have a tow company on contract to remove vehicle parked in wrong parkings. However, the assigned parking is pointless since Zip Tow refuses to tow any car unless they get security verification. Security verification isn't possible though when Invictus Security is rarely onsite (definitely less than 40hrs/week) and no number was provided to contact security."
