"I went in early for my tour for the toddler program…. It was disturbing…. The teachers were letting a little girl cry by herself, standing up all alone in the middle of the room with their backs to her….. as soon as I walked in with the team lead, they began to console the child. We went into the other room. I asked the lady touring me if they believe in the CIO method and what happens if a parent files a complaint. I even pointed out how it made me uncomfortable the teacher did that to the other baby… She completely brushed it off!!! So wrong. Definitely a HUGE no!!!!"
