"Hit or miss. This location isn't to die for . It's a MESS (esp in housing stuff) and most often a waste of time. Twice I've walked out empty handed . wouldn't recommend for plus size clothes shopping as the selection is very very slim to none. Employees act as if customers aren't even there & dont acknowledge people asking how they are etc. Lack of customer service for sure. I've only found a few good thing (name brand shoes vans ,converse) . This will be my last time here !"

"Thinking maybe I just came in on a bad day. But I waited 11mins behind a woman with a cart full of glass and fragile decor. I had 2 items. Was very surprised nobody helped the guy out. As soon as the manager walked up the girl with blue hair tried to look busy. She was walking around aimlessly. The girl with black long hair sat behind the register keeping busy with not sure what. I’ve also worked retail and even though it’s not usual to assist when only 2 customers in line. It’s just good nature to help have customers on their way, especially if you are not busy. "The most overpriced goodwill I’ve ever been to. Everything is at least $6-20. Feels like a such a scam considering they get everything for free. Even things that were obviously damaged or worn out. I wanted a plain white mens tank that literally had sweat stains for a tie dye project and it was $7. Some employees were nice but some were very rude. Won’t be returning to this location as there weren’t any “great finds” here either. Overall very negative experience."

"February 5th, grand opening. Understandably more people than normal at a Goodwill but still under control. Wide center aisle but once you get to the back area of hard goods and shelving it changes drastically. Very close quarters and definitely not social distancing followed. They packed the store but I did notice about a 20% increase in pricing. Once this grand opening is over, then they'll do the discount color tags as normal. I'll wait till then."
