"So clean and organized. People are friendly and the selection is wide. Plenty of shopping carts and their dressing rooms are open! Excellent prices vs Goodwill."
"Been here multiple times and it's the best Thrift Store in the valley by far. Really cheap prices, extremely well organized and a large selection of items. As a large person it's super easy to find items for me."
"This used to be my favorite thrift store but they recently started overpricing everything. Before 2024, you could get some name brand stuff (like adidas, Nike, Zara) for $8 or less. Now everything of that sort is $15-30. That’s basically clearance prices for brand new items. I’m sure inflation or wage increases has something to do with this, but raising prices and making stuff unattainable for most of the people that shop there is going to drive people away. I gave 3 stars because I will admit that mostly everything is clean and organized, but I don’t think I’ll be going back."
"I’m not sure I can shop here anymore. The prices are actually out of control. I found more than 10 pairs of leggings today labeled as $25 each. The jeans are all $8-$15 each. The shoes are sometimes $20 or more. Baby clothes are more expensive. Your mission statement clearly states “First, those who have will be given another type of opportunity to help those who have not. Second, waste will be reduced by keeping our possessions in use as long as possible. Third, the work of renovation will employ many now unemployed. Fourth, articles in common use, of good quality, will be available at a low cost”. Over pricing goods at a thrift store violates every tenant you have listed in your mission statement. It promotes more waste ending up in landfills, it restricts those who wouldn’t have access to these goods in the first place, it puts greed over being a decent non profit that is supposed to better the community. I believe this is happening specific in the Gilbert location and I think it is simply WRONG."
"Extremely clean, orderly, and great value. Love coming here because the experience is so consitent. Franklin was my cashier and really brightened my day with his positive attitude."
