This may be just one store in the Big Lots portfolio of retail locations, but Jill gives it the feeling of small town, proprietor operator. Her personal care for the customer, going above and beyond what is expected makes shopping here a real pleasure. In fact, her leadership and attitude direct the entire store staff as far as I can tell. It makes me want to shop there JUST because they care. Well done. Thank you!"

"My husband and I went to look at the furniture, Jill was hesitant to help us because she was in a rush to close the store. Once she stopped and asked which one we were looking at, she made a shocked face at the price then looked at us, almost in an assuming way that we couldn't afford it because we're young, then told us not to pick the 90 day option if we couldn't pay. We asked how much the payments would be, and she said she wouldn't know because it has nothing to do with the store. So we ended up going to another furniture store where we actually got real help and ended up purchasing."

"My husband and I purchased a couch from this location yesterday and they were able to deliver it a few hours after we bought it, which was amazing!!! The couch is comfy and beautiful!! We are very happy with it! Stephen (the associate who helped us) was phenomenal! He was so kind and helpful and didn’t try to “play games” with us. He was straight forward, honest, and answered all our questions. It was a pleasure working with him, truly. He was awesome from start to finish and definitely deserves to be recognized for his hard work! We are very thankful that Stephen was the salesman we worked with and plan to return to purchase more items from this location because of his top notch customer service. "A store full of bargains and friendly service! Big Lots is a unique store where you can find furniture, home decor, grocery items, a little hardware, pet needs, bath and bedding needs, and more! The prices are competitive and I observed several items on clearance. I was checked out in a very friendly manner. She was very empathetic and polite. I highly recommend this location to anyone who loves a great bargain and shopping experience!"
