"Please keeping better schedule cleaning the bathrooms and please upgrade them. Its like a loud library , with music playing. There's more than just books, and also entertainment, toys, games, stationary items. Each section has its quality needs."
"Recently I came to this location, driving 1 hour excited to purchase some books for my daughter. This place immediately set itself apart by its atmosphere it creates for the children. My daughter loved everything so I purchase everything she wanted ultimately 300$ because I live so far after my daughter didn’t want some items immediately I took the couple of things back to return. The transaction with the red haired young lady went fine. She had a horrible look on her face and looked to be rude but didn’t say anything rude and you can’t really be upset because someone has their face stuck like that. You do not know what they are going through so I was mindful and intentionally went on shopping for myself this time. I saw the same lady on the floor and asked if she knew where the book of Enoch would be and she said if we have it it will be upstairs. I asked if they have a directory where she can check to see if she has it here. She reluctantly went to the computer and checked to see if they have it. In order to attempt to make her feel better I was humble told her thank you for your time and looking for the book I really appreciate her and she said to me ….. it is on preorder you have to pay first and then they ship it here but you can’t return it. Now why did she say that? I know this is not a library. Do they not return the book of Enoch books? Is this in the refund policy. I had to immediately hold my tongue and composure but I can envision myself right then and there letting her have a piece of my mind. After leaving and this was Thursday. Now today Saturday morning I do not want anyone else to have this experience with her and someone just let her smart mouth disrespect you. Please speak up for yourself. In this case I did not and I will not be returning because I do not want to have to drive that far to be treated as if I am unwelcome. I am smart enough to go to a different location where I can shop without this employee being there. Atrocious and I hope someone from corporate sees this review and let’s her know about the behaviors that can make them lose money and clients which is who ultimately pays her bills when they walk through that door and purchase items."
"One of my favorite Barnes and Nobles in the city: amazing displays, great sections. There's something for everyone. Love the 2 floors and the atmosphere, as well as its location in a stylish outdoor shopping mall in Chandler. (The 2nd floor bathroom could use some attention, though, but not grimier than a Walmart, so it's tolerable.) Overall, I always love my trips to this store."
"Every Saturday morning, I find immense joy in bringing my kids to Barnes & Noble. There's something magical about wandering through aisles of books, discovering new stories, and fostering a love for reading in my children. The staff is always friendly and helpful, making our visits even more enjoyable. However, a small note for improvement: the first floor can feel a bit cluttered or tight, especially during busy hours. A little more space or organization might enhance the shopping experience. That said, this minor issue doesn't detract from the overall charm and appeal of the store. Barnes & Noble remains our go-to spot for weekend book adventures, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to other families looking for a wholesome and enriching outing."
"One of my favorite spots to visit at Santan Village. They have affordable books right now from $3 up to $200 plus its a Starbucks there too what more could a girl ask for and received."
