"We payed for our shorts and accidentally left them in the store. We realized this when we got home then went back to get them and the little blonde kid that looked like he was 12 said that someone took it. He was being very skeptical and we think he took them. He was very disrespectful but the store is good."
"Manager (light haired female on register 1) wouldn't take a return on a broken game because the scanner didn't work. Plus I found another game I returned in the recent past (also for not playing) that they had restocked on the shelves. This store was so much nicer last year."
"Store is clean, but every time I go in there I don’t seem to find anybody that is helpful. I went in today, and I found a leaf blower that I thought would be great for my home. There was no extension cord to test it with. So I just asked an employee to help me find one and they said they must not be any and went back to the conversation They were having. Most other employees there were sitting on the furniture and not doing anything. I get times are tough right now but if someone comes in asking for some help, it really makes one upset to be ignored. Also whoever the guy is at the cash register is rude. He’s made me feel uncomfortable The last two times I’ve come to this location. I will not be returning to this location. What a shame."
"Laughably high prices. Absolutely disrespectful to each community they're supposed to be helping. $15 for a tiny, donated stuffed animal helps no one. They actively pull the color of the day at the beginning of the day & dollar day items, that have sat for 5 weeks, are now 2 dollars. They'll ask for extra money at checkout for job fairs that they haven't had since COVID hit......."
