"Please do NOT RENT here! The office staff is highly rude, they always send eviction letters when you have completed the renewal. They misplace my paper work several times and gave me eviction notice. I have been waiting on a dryer that was promised by Sophia and Evangline, now both of these managers are no longer in the office and they towed my car."

"They are thiefs! They do not give you any notice before they steal direct T.V equipment. They cut the lines and take your T.V away. Now you have to go buy antennas and hope I can get some kind of signal.. . They even took the dish, walk around property and there is like 10 other ones on property they didn't touch. You pay your rent and do not cause any problems. Turn in work orders nothing gets fixed I went without hot water for almost a year. They say to call office, yea right like they are going to answer the phone!!! Would love to talk to the owner how do they think this is legal or even ok.... if you think of rent I suggest stay far away from San angelin"

"My toddlers and I moved into this place early October & I have nothing but bad to say about this complex. Roaches crawling everywhere, maintenance sucks and takes weeks to come and fix your tinniest issues. My fridge has been broken since I moved in, and every time they come to look at it they “fix” it and the issue is still there. Management is TERRIBLE. never answers their phones, doesn’t take accountability for their nasty apartments. Rude as ever. The lack of communication from them is unreal. They take time to hear you out, but then never give you solutions to solving your matter. I would not recommend moving here. I only have a 7 month lease & will NOT be renewing simply because this is the last place to feel like a home with how it’s ran, the bugs, the lack of communication. Dumpsters are always overflowing, and nobody does anything about it. 0/10 would tell anyone to come move in here. It’s affordable yes, but for a reason. who wants to live with roaches and broken appliances and have an office that doesn’t do anything to fix the matter. Jennifer is probably the best person in the office who has a kind and understanding bone in her body. Everyone else just sits around & doesn’t make it right for those who reside here. Definitely unfortunate. Severely unimpressed and disappointed."

"I Had a great experience with the people working in the front office I moved into a 1 bedroom with new counter tops and new rug in the bedroom just a couple of months ago, I have no complaints. Haven't had any problems except my AC but that's due to wear and tear, I called maintenance early Saturday morning because my AC went out and he responded right away my AC was fixed that morning. That pool up front was just redone looks amazing!"

"Don't rent from here. The apartment was trashed move in day . Dirty and grease all over oven and walls Dryer was broken first week. 2 weeks in oven caught on fire due to grease stuck under the Burner. They never replaced oven , one burner completely out. Fridge broke end of first month of moving in. Took 3 months for them to replace. Ac went out twice. Took over a month in the middle of May for them to fix. They are supposedly always behind on service orders. Lastly dryer broke again they never fixed it still currently broken. Leaks from air event entire kitchen soaked in water they never fixed the leak. I had to leave due to the horrible living conditions of the apartment and them not fixing it. I also had to report them to the arizona housing department. These Are low income apartments , i feel they take advantage of the residence here knowing they are low-income so they just take their time to fix things. They want there rent but don't want to maintain the apartment . They went through new management 3 times in the 1 yr i was there . Save ur time and money and go elsewhere."
