"Very big nice hotel in Mesa. Our room was pretty quiet even with a comic book conference going on at the hotel the same week. When we first arrived our room was very cold so we called the front desk and they sent up an engineer right away to change the temperature from AC to heat. After a couple days the weather got warmer and so we had to have the engineer come back to switch it back to AC. A bit inconvenient but I know others commented on the temperature so please note you can have them adjust it for you. Starbucks in the lobby and a nice pool, fire pit area, and yard games like jenga made for a fun visit!"
"Stayed for a conference and at check in the afternoon front desk were pretty unwelcoming . There was a newer lady that did say she was new that was great with her service, other lady the one that was training her was pretty rude didn’t even look at you, she just stared at her monitor while speaking you the whole time. Mad I didn’t get to get her name. Bartender was awesome, she was extremely nice and welcoming she did say she didn’t normally work at the lobby bar but definitely saved the service! other’s in my conference notice front desk being unwelcoming and wanted to check in you quickly to be done with you. Night front desk and morning front desk agents were great!"
"Staff was very welcoming and nice throughout my stay. Rooms were nice except for the shower area, paint peeling from the ceiling, broken tiles. Exhaust fan didn't work. Shower is in need of a remodel."
"I chose this hotel very last minute and I’m so glad I did. The rooms were clean and cozy with stunning views. The staff were so kind and attentive. The pool area was calm and the pool & whirlpool were so clean. For a hotel, the rooms were remarkably quiet. The bathroom was kind of tiny but otherwise everything was so cozy and plenty of good lighting for reading and hanging out. Thank you Delta Hotel!"
